- 12 Oz Pasta Linguine
- 15 Oz Diced tomatoes with liquid
- 3/4 Large sweet onion diced
- 5 Cloves Garlic sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp Red peper flakes
- 2 tsp Dried oregano leaves
- 2 Large spigs of basil chopped
- 4 1/2 cups Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Add all in one pot. Bring to boil. Then cover and simmer on low till pasta is cooked. Stir every 2 mins or so.
- Serve with some parm shaved or grated on top.
